Vancouver, BC – HUDSON RESOURCES INC. (“Hudson” – TSX Venture Exchange “HUD”) is pleased to provide an exploration update on the Sarfartoq Rare Earth Element (REE) Project in Western Greenland. The project is owned 100% by Hudson.

In March, Hudson completed a ground-based geophysical program, comprising gravity, magnetic and electro- magnetic (max-min) surveys.

On April 30, 2010, Hudson initiated a 3,000m drill program targeting the rare earth zones at ST1 and ST40, which returned high-grade REE assays in 2009. To date, the Company has completed 10 holes totaling 2,400m. As a result of drilling rates to date, Hudson expects to drill up to 5,000m of core by the end of the first phase of the exploration program scheduled to finish in early July. The second phase of drilling will commence in August and comprise approximately 2,000m of drilling. The company will conduct reconnaissance activities in July to further evaluate additional target areas within the Sarfartoq Carbonatite.

The drilling has been going extremely well and we are making excellent progress in our key target areas. The goal of this years program is to expand the zones at ST1 and ST40 with the objective of defining an inferred resource by the end of the year”.

Drill holes SAR10-01 to SAR10-08 have been logged, sampled and approximately 2,000kg of material has been shipped off-site for air transport to ALS Chemex for analysis. The samples are expected to arrive in Vancouver within the next 10 days and assay results are expected by the end of June. A strict QA/QC program is being followed which includes the use of elemental standards, duplicates and blanks. Hudson has created its own rare earth standard from last years drill core.

Significant drill intersections are being split in the field with half of the core being sent to ALS Chemex and the remaining half left on-site for future reference. All samples will be analyzed using lithium borate fusion, acid dissolution and ICP-MS analysis (ALS method ME-MS81h). According to ALS Chemex, this procedure solubilizes most minerals, including refractory species, and provides the most quantitative analysis for many elements, including the REE. This is the same method employed by the Company in 2009.
