President and Director
Jamie has been the President and a director of Hudson Resources Inc., since its inception in March 2000. Previously, he worked for Toronto Dominion Securities Inc. in corporate finance from 1987 until 1993. For the past 25 years, he has been responsible for creating and managing a number of public companies. With Hudson, Jamie has successfully overseen its development from a grass roots exploration company to building Greenland’s next mine. Since inception, Hudson has raised over $60 million by way of private and public placements and $30 million in debt to sustain its development plans. Jamie graduated from Queen’s University, Kingston, Ontario, with B.Sc. (Engineering) in 1984 and an MBA in 1987.
Executive Vice President - Project Development
Jim has over 30 years international business development and project management experience in the mineral exploration, consulting and engineering industries with a focus on Arctic projects. He has held senior positions with engineering firms AMEC and Bateman. He was Co-Founder of Mongolian exploration company QGX Ltd., which was acquired for $300 million in 2008. He served as the Honourary Consul for Mongolia for eight years. He obtained a Bachelor of Science (Geology) from the University of Western Ontario.
Jerry has extensive knowledge in the design, operation, management, and optimization of industrial minerals facilities with a focus on paints and specialized mineral applications. Jerry began his industrial mineral career at the Nephton Nepheline Syenite operation in Ontario, which produces a product similar to Hudson’s GreenSpar45 product. Jerry was manager of the operation during a period of major capital expansion. He has diplomas in geology and mineral processing from Sir Sandford Fleming College School of Natural Resources in Lindsay, Ontario.
